Fun with vegetables...
On Wednesday we headed out to the garden to harvest some vegetables. We picked cabbages and carrots. The carrots were in all kinds of crazy shapes! Carrots and cabbage made me think the best choice was to make a coleslaw so I got chopping, and after PE we sat down and got stuck in.
Thursday was the first day of Mrs Cameron's the gardening club, and it was great to see number of Rm 17 kids going along to help. I wonder what they'll be planting next...

Well done room 17 for helping Mrs Cameron outside in the vegetable garden, and then making and enjoying a healthy AND tasty coleslaw. Its great to get your hands dirty!
